The Smithsonian Learning lab enables students to upload their research and share the information to the public. Students will upload the object of study and write about the object and relate it to the overall theme of Gender, Race, Class, and intersectionality.
Purpose/Rationale
This assignment will be available to the public using the Smithsonian Learning Lab platform.
Instructions
This phase of assignment is experiential learning. Students will spend time in the Smithsonian museums.
Format Requirements
Students will use the Smithsonian Learning Lab platform and upload their research. Students must submit one object of study and write a 1 page summary of their research.
Rubric/Criteria
For this phase, students will earn 15% out of a total of 30% research assignment.
